A 1,804 sq. ft. credit union building with a partial basement. The building has three teller lines, one drive up and two offices. The total area of the site is 4,884 sq. ft., the site contained the existing branch and was operational during the building construction.
Provided architectural engineering services along with plumbing, electrical, HVAC and provided bid documents and job supervision. Also provided coordination with the bank equipment supplier.
